Our commitment

Fixed Fees & Disbursements
Our management fees include all costs for computing, photo copying, emails and phone calls. Our office is fully computerised with up-todate devices and software that enables us to provide all of our clients with an efficient personal service.
After Hours Emergency Service
All emergency after hour calls are redirected to an after hour emergency service so that they can be attended to. We also provide a list of preferred after hour contractors on our website.
Insurance and Compliant Tradespeople
Our preferred contractors and trade partners have been vetted to ensure they meet our high level of technical and commercial standards of service. This includes the verification of licenses certifications and trade related insurances.
Transparent Financial Reporting Online 24/7
We are transparent with all invoices paid. All committee members are provided with online access to invoices and financial reports 24/7. All owners are provided with online access to meeting notices
Response Times
Our office is open 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. We expect our managers to respond to phone messages within 24 hours and emails within 48 hours.
