REPAIRS & RENOVATIONS

  • Who’s Responsible – A comprehensive list of which repairs are covered by strata and which are owner’s responsibilities.
  • NSW Guide to Standards and Tolerances – References to what is considered an acceptable standard of finished work in home building construction
  • Renovation Application – Request authorisation from the Strata Committee for bathroom, flooring, kitchen or other renovations.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated. If you are disatisfied with our service or concerned about the conduct of a staff member, please submit your matter in writing to strata@westside.net.au.

  1. Upon receiving your complaint, our senior management team will review all relevant information in consideration of your matter.
  2. We will contact all relevant parties and request any additional information if required.
  3. We will advise you of the outcome within 5 business days.
